最近HUNTER×HUNTERを最新号まで一気読みした小室です。途中からドラゴンボールと幽☆遊☆白書と同じ匂いがしたのは私だけではないはず。

今回めでたく新卒が入社したので、昨年度内定者向けに研修用として利用していたAWSアカウントをキャンセルしてみました。
あまりAWSアカウントをキャンセルする事はないかもしれませんが、

個人アカウントで利用していて会社アカウントに移行が終わったので個人アカウントをキャンセルする場合や
プロジェクトが終わったのでプロジェクト用AWSアカウントをキャンセルする事

もあるかもしれません。参考になれば幸いです。

キャンセル方法

対象AWSアカウントでログインします。
その後以下のページ(https://portal.aws.amazon.com/gp/aws/manageYourAccount)にアクセスします。

アカウントの管理のページに、AWSアカウントをキャンセル、という項目があるので確認し、「AWSアカウントをキャンセル」をクリックします（クリック時はまだキャンセルされません）。

その後確認ページに遷移しますので、最終確認後後AWSアカウントをキャンセルします。注釈があると通り、このキャンセルボタンをクリックしたら、キャンセルを無かった事にする事は出来ません。AWSで立ち上げたリソースを取り戻す事は出来なくなるので、キャンセル前に一度リソースを確認しましょう！

キャンセルした後アンケート画面が表示されるので、回答します。

メールでも解約した旨メールが届きます。
